The artist – Colin Slater studied at art school during the 1970s at Loughborough, Coventry and Brighton. As a professional Northamptonshire artist his work is exhibited regularly throughout the country and overseas. Although better known for his atmospheric and expressive landscapes, Colin has had a life long love of rugby as a player and now as a spectator and brings a personal humour and authenticity to his illustrations.
